Fenton Grange is a large residential home for people with special needs.  This project included full internal reconfiguration, swimming pool improvements and car park rework.

Work undertaken in this construction project:

• Demolition and reconfiguration of the internal layout.
• Installation of anti-ligature fittings including taps and door fixtures.
• Installation of fire doors.
• Installation and certification of new boiler.
• Installation of air conditioning.
• Full landscaping and car park improvement.
• Remodelling of the swimming pool and installation of sump pump and drainage.
• Fitting of new kitchens.
• Building new external security fencing.
• Supply and installation of all white goods.
• Internal decorations.
• Removal and relaying of all carpet and floor coverings.

Eclipse project managed this full project and provided all demolition, construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing services.
