Southwick Park School is a new residential school for 40 children, both male and female, across the full autistic spectrum, aged from 7 – 19.  This project included full internal refurbishment of this purpose built school.

Work undertaken in this construction project:

• Remodel of the floor layouts to create new offices, classrooms, multi-faith room and new ensuite bathrooms.
• Demolition of walls, removal of doors and frames, and creation of new stud walls and installation of new internal door sets.
• Removal of sanitary ware and installation of new.
• Installation of new sliding orfolding partitions.
• Redecoration throughout the building to walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Removal of floor coverings  and supply and fitting of new carpets and vinyl throughout.

The extensive renovation of this educational facility was managed by Eclipse, and the opening of this ground breaking school was covered by the BBC in this article.
